Modern Insurance for the future driver

Great app and customer service. Easy to monitor your car usage and manage costs. Best thing about the app is the car locator; esp when trying to find your car in a car park or unfamiliar area. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Better by miles!

This is definitely the way car insurance should now be conducted. If you only do a low mileage, your exposure to risk is small and therefore you should pay a reduced premium. The saving can be considerable, especially if you have two cars on the drive. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Revolutionary insurance

By Miles is a breath of fresh air in the approach to how insurance should be run. Many companies have offered reductions / refunds on insurance during covid due to the lack of miles driven. By miles addresses that before the get go. Giving you massive entrust in an ethical company. I've already mentioned this to several friends and family members. When I updated my private reg, it was a simple process to complete. The app is very well thought out including all break down cover, policy details and costings. An added touch to this is to use 3 words to identify your policy opposed to a long number (Similar to What3Words). All the touches for user experience. It makes us more vigilant as a driver to reduce our carbon footprint when aware of our monthly millage. So much so its encourage me to cycle more or use my motorbike. Fantastic Policy

I am a low mileage driver, at first I was apprehensive, signed up now I'm fully comprehensive. No messing about, straight forward, no nonsense. Easy going and understanding customer service team, who actually listen to your needs. Definitely recommending to friends & family, compared to other providers, I'm saving £70 per month THANK YOU !
