By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

For anyone who has limited annual mileage, By Miles represents great value. Paying only for the miles you actually drive fits nicely in our metered, fairer world. It just makes sense. I’m so happy I found a company like By Miles. Not only does it suit my lifestyle, they also have amazing customer service. The app is so easy to use to keep track of the journey’s so make and I really like the fact it does encourage me to walk more in a way so it benefits the environment as well as my bank balance.
