Good idea, Average implementation

I have been using bymiles for more almost 18 months now, what I can say about it is that its customer service is fantastic, yet its tracker is not the best, miscalculates many times, specially in short distances it sometimes overcharges. but all in all I might recommend it to a friend who does not use their car too much.
