Excellent for the low mileage driver

Since I retired I’ve not been using my car for commuting to work and don’t see the point in paying for insurance as I did before. I found that this policy is ideal for me now as I only pay for the trips I’ve made and the cost is very reasonable. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

previous company quote large increase after being with them for years,a friend suggested you so i checked you out on line,your total quote was cheaper plus the by miles benefits was even better. The future of Car Insurance

What a breath of fresh air from traditional Car Insurance Policies. This has been a total Game Changer for me, especially with the COVID restrictions meaning that driving has become a luxury rather than necessity. Per month billing based on your activity is fantastic for business driving where recompense is calculated in miles driven. The app and Customer Service has been first rate too. Unbelievable prices and service

I switched to By Miles from a competitor who had steadily put their prices up year on year. I quit and moved to By Miles, paying about half what I would have paid to my old insurer. My renewal for year 2 with By Miles has come in today, and I had a feeling of dread? Would the loyalty hammer strike and my price go up again? Nope, the exact opposite. If I drive the same number of miles next year, I'll pay half of what I paid last year. So, that's me paying 25% of my previous premium in a year of leaving my old provider. Remarkable. By Miles app is easy to use, fitting the tracker is an absolute doddle. Love them, and long may they continue. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Cheap, great cover with cool app with lots of functions!

Was a little apprehensive at first since i've never used a tracker before. But i find that it helps me to pay attention to the rules of the road even more than i already did! Tailor-made insurance.

Being a student who doesn’t drive to lectures, it suits me just fine and I only pay when I use my car. It also worked well during lockdown. Not leaving the house meant I didn’t have to fork out any money. By Miles looks like it was set up for my life style. Where have you been all my life? Absolutely fantastic!!!!
