By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

This insurance works wonders for me!! A low cost for the year to cover my car when it’s parked and then low monthly payments. As I don’t drive an extreme amount, paying by mile works perfectly. I am so so pleased with my renewal quote too. Thank you ByMiles! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Nicely priced insurance

I think it's a great idea of only pay as you drive and insured when parked different to the normal way decently priced and just plug in and go how much more simple can it be maybe it will offer some other things that others haven't any way good luck for the future and drive safe all you drivers out there Sur it can be ....by miles and miles ha ha . Great option for low mileage users and youngsters!

Insurance usually costs me about £600-£700 for the year but since the start of COVID my mileage is now very low. Moving to ByMiles allowed me to see how much I was spending on trips, and avoid the high yearly costs, saving roughly £300 for the year! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
