Was great, but no customer loyalty

I've had two years with ByMiles on a Tesla S and they've been outstanding (although I haven't been through their claims process.) Unfortunately, this year they refuse to even quote for renewal when nothing has changed in my circumstances. It's fair, they can do this, but it's a bit rubbish from a customer perspective, and cost me hours to switch. Reviewed on: 21st September 2022

Great honest pricing, fab customer care, great support if something goes wrong.

Contacted By Miles for a quote last year as totally fed up with the high cost of insuring my vehicle. I was blown away by the quote I received and have been extremely happy to pay according to my use of the vehicle and not a fixed overall price. Recently my tracker wasn't working and I was contacted and politely advised of this and a replacement sent. I even got support to ensure it was properly fitted. Nothing seemed too much for staff.
