By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

This has to be the best if not one of the best car insurance companies especially for young new drivers like my self. You can save so much more money than your average Insurance company just by pay by the mile I live pretty close to work so I don't really have use my car witch save me another on my insurance.
