By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Everything about Bymiles is great from the very responsive customer service to the monthly mileage charge with no interest charges and a credit if you do more than 150 miles in a day. Suits my insurance needs perfectly. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Excellent service and great value

I love by miles and have re-insured with them for several consecutive years now which I have never done with any other insurer in the last 24yrs of driving. The concept is great for someone like me who only drives a few thousand miles per year, and the great value isn't a compromise on the customer service. Every time I've needed to contact customer services they have efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and hope to re-insure with them for years to come.
