By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

These guys are so good at handling things quickly and efficiently. I love their app, where I can see everything I need or speak to an advisor without having to ring up and be on the phone for hours on end. Paying by the mile has also been hugely beneficial, I like the transparency and that I’m not wasting money. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Excellent insurance company

This company is by far the best I have had in the 8 years I have been driving. There are days when I drive only a mile or so and so paying for mileage rather than a fixed rate is works so well for me. Bit of a rough start but overall great

Works out as great value for money, I'm not paying for miles that I don't use like I would with other insurance providers, and the diagnostics part of the tracker box has saved me money on repairs. I initially had a bit of trouble verifying that I was the victim of a past accident but other than that they were faultless. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I have save more money using by the miles I can see how I much a journey cost when need help with changing details very helpful the app is brilliant as can see how much you have traveled in month how it is work out and got access to all of your policy and paperwork don’t need to be printed off and since been with them I have recommended them to other people family and friends as well Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Life saver during the pandemic

Having no job due to Covid-19, ByMiles came at the right time to be a helping hand for me when I was struggling to pay for my insurance. Pay per miles is simply the best policy anyone could ever have especially if you drive less due to Covid. Why pay for more when your are not using the vehicle. I am really glad I am with ByMiles. Wishing to be a long term customer with ByMiles. I also love the fact how they also protect your NCB which automatically applies when you join with ByMiles. Overall a great insurer to be.
