By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

When everything changed with COVID in 2020 and the mainstream insurers were too slow to react I found By Miles offering a fair and honest policy giving everything I need at a reasonable price without paying over the odds for my car now I’m working from home. For someone who does short journeys and cannot afford a huge pay out each month this insurance is perfect the amount is so little I never notice it leaving my bank account and never have to worry about making a large monthly payment again.
