By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Cheapest and the best!

Not only is this car insurance. It also gifts you free miles for referring friends which = cheaper insurance!! Not only that the app can do a check of your cars location, run a car health checker! And it lets you work out how much a journey is going to cost. It’s always capped so you’ll never spend over a certain daily amount. I’ve saved over £300 :) Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

For 99.9% of insurance companies you'll be holding on the phone waiting for an agent. With By Miles it's instant online chat where they resolve your issues and you can upload your documentation right there and then. The pricing is unbeatable. You can adjust your miles to suit your lifestyle. You then pay an upfront fee and then remainder depending on how many miles you do. The final amount will be less than what you pay other companies and it works out like a payment plan except theres no finance or credit check involved. This company is a breath of fresh air. Phenomenal value for money

Having been in company cars for decades it was hard for me to estimate my annual mileage and this seemed the perfect solution. My cheapest quotes where £800+ per year on the compare sites and then I stumbled upon By Miles. I rang with a few questions, no delay in answering the phone to speak to a person and my questions answered immediately and clearly. Based on the last few months my insurance will be half what others quoted and the app allows me to keep track easily what I'm using and what my bill will be. As someone whose mileage has dropped significantly since the first lockdown, ByMiles has been a great option for me! Even with my previous mileage levels, ByMiles has worked out significantly cheaper than my renewal price with my old insurer. Easy to fit the tracker and the app is great.
