I am with by miles insurance since last 6 months and am very happy with the service. It’s app is simple and great interface, with tracking of all your journeys. Cost is calculated per journey and gets quickly updated in your account. You see everything on the app so it looks very transparent and intuitive. I have already recommended to my family and friends. So I normally, like most educated drivers, judge an insurance company on their claims procedure and how well they settle any such claim. Thankfully, I have not had the displeasure of having to make a claim so I can only say this, "they aren't the cheapest, possibly not the best either, but I always know how much every drive has cost me". I have already recommended by miles to so many friends and family so they can also enjoy the benefits of saving money on their car insurance and not to forget I’d get £50 worth of free miles each time someone takes insurance through my referral link. The referral system is great because you’re already paying for next to nothing for insurance you get to get more money off!!! By Miles is By Far the best insurance I’ve had.
