By Miles has completely changed how I think of car insurance. I drive a limited number of miles each year and felt penalised by other policies. By Miles has offered me insurance that completely meets my individual needs. It's saved me money, the app has some really useful features and the customer service has been excellent. Always there to help when needed, best rates per mile and parking for the year charge. Free miles once reached a certain amount in a day. Easy to use app and chat service always available. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
