By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

By miles the cheapest car insurance

3 years ago I had two car incidents In two consecutive months through no fault of my own. I am still being heavily penalised by insurance companies who insist on charging ridiculous premiums despite my 20 years Of Driving and 12 Years no claims bonus. I discovered by miles and it was such a relief. I hardly drive my car these days and so being charged a small premium and the by the mile means I’m paying a more reasonable premium for my insurance. It’s so simple and love being able to check my journeys on my phone. 100 % recommend using them. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

I chose by miles because I don’t drive extensive miles each month . My first month with by miles only cost me £15.00 previous insurance companies I was paying £72 with this extra money I have I can add this to the new home pot !!!!! Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
