Easy access to your account with a decent interest rate with a choice of different savings account to suit your needs. Have always had a great experience with customer service giving a friendly prompt response or advice. Have used the loan service on several occasions and have always found it a simplified process. The app is very easy to use for viewing your balance, withdrawing from your savings or change the amount you save. Simple and easy to use service

My husband and I have been saving with Capital Credit Union for a number of years now and whilst I have never had any real communication with them, the setting up process was very simple. My husband has taken out a couple of loans with them over the years and has never had any hassle with those either. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

The Best.

I have been a member of CCU since the 90’s. They are special, never once have I been disapointed with what they offer, their customer services are great, so good to speak to someone whom I can understand and who takes the time to help. Saving in retirement .

Since I retired Capital Credit Union has helped me maintain my savings by continuing to take a small amount of money out of my account monthly and has allowed me to stop payments when I can’t afford too. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
