Great service

Really good that that I am able to have my savings deducted from my monthly wages so that I don't even miss the money! Staff always friendly and helpful with any queries that you might have. Online access easy to follow and impersonal experience always positive. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Been a customer for 16 years!

I have been with Capital Credit Union since I was 16 and I am now 32. Their customer service is excellent and any time I have required support, they have gone above and beyond to help. I couldn’t recommend them more! The services they offer are also incredible and very easy to use, cannot fault Capital Credit Union for anything based on my own experience. Capital Credit Union offer its members value for money rates (on savings and loans) whilst also offering a range of different options for managing finances. The app/website is very user friendly and lends to a friendly and easy way of accessing/managing funds. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
