CAPITAL ONE BANK UNDERSTANDING OF DEBT AND MENTAL HEALTH, BIPOLAR DISORDER

WHAT MORE IS THERE LEFT FOR ME TO SAY. IF I HAD THE POWER I WOULD GIVE CAPITAL ON BANK THE AWARD FOR BEING A CARING LENDER FOR NOT HOLDING PEOPLE LIKE ME, WHO HAVE BIPOLAR FOR GETTING IN TO DEBT. I HAVE EXPERIENCE THE FALL OUT WHEN OTHER LENDERS ARE NOT LIKE CAPITAL ON BANK AND HAVE LOST MANY FRIEND'S WHO TOOK THEIR OWN LIVES BECAUSE OF BEING IN DEBT AND SUFFERING MENTAL HEALTH. I WISH I WAS STRONGER AND COULD OF HELPED THEM GET THE DEBT ASSIGNED TO CAPITAL ONE BANK. JUST MAYBE THEY WOULD BE ALIVE TODAY. MAY THEIR SOULS REST IN PEACE, ( RIP). Poor service
