Good credit builder

Generally good credit card. Slightly higher interest than i was happy with. But good if you have enough self control to keep balance low or clear each month. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017

Simply excellent

Used the checker to make sure if I could be accepted without being penalised, which I was. Whole process was super quick and easy, and the mobile app is great and simple to use too. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Great online account management

pretty good credit card

they are very excepting if people even if your credit is not great, and they dont have really high over limit fees Reviewed on: 27th May 2017

Unreliable

Well at first they accepted me with poor credit but later I saw the charges just rising and rising. Although I kept up to date with my payments they decided to later cancel my card and blocked me from using it altogether. Called customer service they did not have a clue about whst I was saying, finally after many called I made to get a english speaking fluently adviser, they told me to write in a letter explaining this. So I have done this an it's been 9 months and I still have not heard back. So what I'm left with is a poorer credit report. They are unreliable and fake. Reviewed on: 27th May 2017

There when others let you down

I needed short term used of a credit card. Because of my low credit score, many lenders said no. Only Capital One accepted me. I've had no problems with the card. Reviewed on: 25th May 2017

Easy and helpful to rebuild

I was looking to rebuild my credit score and most credit card companies either wouldn't touch me or wanted outrageous interest rate.... not capital one they were very reasonable and the process was easy to go through Reviewed on: 24th May 2017

Great to build credit

Capital one is a good company to build a credit score aslong as your paying back the total balance rather then just the minimum payment. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2017

Unhelpful

Not the greatest of companies to choose from. They're happy to give credit to people without much of a credit rating and even though you speak with their customer service team advising them that you're having trouble paying back more than the minimum monthly payment they are happy to still raise your credit limitations getting you further in debt with them. My advise is not to use this company if you have difficulty with finances otherwise you'll end up in more debt trouble than you started with. Reviewed on: 20th May 2017
