Review of the Caravan and Motorhome Club, Caravan Cover:

Devastated

We have been with the caravan club for many years without making a claim, but in the last 2 years our caravan was broken in twice ,the recent break in they stole 3 windows and broke 2 windows ,we were away when this happened ,so the caravan was open to all the rain and storm damage we had that week,until the storage covered up the windows a few days later,we got the insurance involved immediately, they sent an assor out to look,then a company picked up the van for repair,then came the blow,they offered us 2,900 for the replacement of window fridge ,gas heater that was stolen, They claim the damp had been there for some time ,but we always had it serviced on a regular basis and damp checked, they would not budge on the price ,now I'm gutted we have been let down Reviewed on: 11th December 2022

More for less, this appeals to a Yorkshire man!!

I was updating my insurance cover, when you suggested your new scheme. I found I could get cover for a newer, bigger caravan for slightly less than I was paying previously. I like that you cover families , as I co-own the van with my son. Reviewed on: 13th October 2025

When it matters that’s when you have an accident you want your insurance to consider your claim fairly and without hassle thats where the caravan club excel, I had an accident, it was assessed and I was fairly paid out, excellent service. Reviewed on: 12th October 2025
