Polite, Helpful , Efficient.

Took out Motorhome Insurance, such a simple process I was guided through with the help of a very polite person. Several weeks later I required an amendment to My Policy, telephoned the Company on two separate days, and on both occasions I was greeted, helped, and guided through it with such happy, helpful, and so polite staff.
