Very excellent supportive staff

Every time I have contacted caravan Guard I found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and informative. The price has always been competitive as well. But the main thing is that the staff are good and very knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

I have had 2 nice ladies phoning me they were having...

I have had 2 nice ladies phoning me they were having problems with my bank card it was saying they couldn't use it it's not a proper card funny thing I have all my insurance and everything else coming out my bank with TSB. They phoned again saying my TSB card is not recognized so I gave them a different bank card and hopefully they have no problem so far not heard anything . Hopefully it's all good . But the process with filling the form out online was very easy to do I am well pleased with the quote I got Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

Been insuring with Caravan Guard since 2015 we’ve had a couple of claims in the early years and CG has always handled our claims promptly and efficiently which have made the process virtually stress free.
