Good until you make a claim

I have been a customer for over 10 years, and have always been satisfied with the price and service. I made my first claim on 050924 and was told it would be processed in 5 days, I haven't heard a thing, I emailed on 250924 with no reply and called 2 weeks ago and was told my claim would be 'accelerated'. I will go elsewhere at next renewal. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

I came to this company through a friends recommendation, after suffering awful treatment by another company following the theft of our Eldis caravan. From the moment I phoned they have been helpful and friendly and provided an excellent affordable service. While ever I keep caravaning I shall stay with Caravan Guard. We had the misfortune to lose our caravan in a fire.

We had the misfortune a couple of years ago to lose our caravan and contents in a fire. The rep came out and assured us straight off that we would be paid out in full. A month later we had a new caravan and we were back outdoors. No quibbles, helpful staff, easy to contact and work with, all exactly how we like it. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024
