Customer service is nothing short of excellent!

Our caravan has been covered by Caravan Guard for the past three years and in this time, the insurance premium has not increases. A couple of years ago, we had to contact them by phone following a minor accident. Their customer Service was nothing short of excellent, talking to a real human being who was genuinely interested in our issue and showed great empathy. Our problem was effortlessly and rapidly resolved. Come renewal, there is no point in looking for a better insurance provider. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 6th August 2026

The company was highly recommended when I did my research, this was through online reviews, Facebook groups and asking on forums as well. One name that kept being recommended was caravan guard.
