Very excellent supportive staff

Always satisfied all that is required of an insurance company.

I have insured my caravans with Caravan Guard for many years and have always been delighted with the service they provide. Annual review and renewal is made pleasant by professional, courteous staff. Telephone queries always dealt with in similar manners. On the one occasion that it was necessary to make a claim; the company representative dealt with a difficult an stressful situation with sympathy, understanding and professionalism.
