I’ve had a great experience. Their customer service is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions I have. Took out insurance with Caravan guard which was very easy, I had to make changes to the details and this was carried out without fuss, contact via telephone call, which was dealt with in a pleasant manner by the staff member I spoke with, nice to deal with a company who doesn't want to milk you for every penny for dealing with a straight forward situation. Changed from caravan to Motorhome with caravan guard and the team was very helpful and explained things and differences. I was surprised that the no claims on the caravan had no impact on the Motorhome cover, and limited a number of security measures was used for policy pricing compared to the caravan.
