Efficient breakdown recovery

Broke down for the first time ever on a Friday evening. My call was answered quickly and a location established with the call handler who then arranged for transport 400 miles back home. Recovery drivers were efficient and professional and made the experience as least stressful as possible Reviewed on: 31st July 2024

Now in my 5th year with them.

Been with them 4 years. Not made a claim so no experience of claim settlement. Tend to send out a high renewal quote which becomes more competetive if you shop round and go back to them. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024
