Great company to deal with

We’ve been with Caravan Guard for over 19 years and during that time have never found another company that could compete on price. We’ve never had to make a claim but have spoken to their representatives in order to negotiate on cover and when changing ‘vans. Good price, great cover

Our first motorhome having had a caravan for many years. Changing over policies was easy and the new price considerably less than I expected. I’ve recently had to make contact with the team to check my cover, it was easy and quickly dealt with. One very happy customer Reviewed on: 30th July 2023

Best value.

EU travel + break down cover could not be beaten.Easy web site to use no problem with phone calls either. Got stuck in mud recovery with us within 1 hour. Pretty good I think. Reviewed on: 30th July 2023

You don't have to be on your guard with them

Whenver I havee needed to contact Caravan Guard with a query or to notify them of a change of vehicle . I have always been impressed by the friendliness , efiiciency and knowledge of their staff . A relative was insured with another firm and when they had to make a claim - despite them advertising as being a motorhome specialist insurer they were actually underwritten by a firm that had no knowledge of motorhomes which made the whole experience even more stressful . Caravan Guard know about Motorhomes and Caaravans this is obvvious from my contact with them . I have already recommended them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 30th July 2023

Super friendly and professional service.

I recently changed my motorhome, upgrading to a much more superior model. Caravan Guard advisors talked through the change processes and what I would need to do to keep the MH safe and keep insurance costs down, (install a tracker or alarm) they even sent me a list of accepted devices for security purposes. Nothing was too much trouble for them when I called on several occasions, each advisor was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I hope you win again:) Reviewed on: 30th July 2023
