Caravan guard assistance.

Had a windscreen problem, sorted out easily (also using Autoglass). problem whilst in Portugal with sensors, good to know someone was on the end of the phone. Didn’t need the Breakdown service as it happens but reassuring to know it was available Reviewed on: 22nd July 2026

Great service from great people

So easy to deal with, real people on the end of the phone. We had a breakdown and used the recovery service from our policy and they were fabulous. Told them where we were and they sorted everything out and rang us back with info. They also rang back to make sure recovery had happened within the time slot we’d been given. I have been with Caravan guard for a few years and always had excellent and individual communication with their staff, not an AI bot from another planet. Talking to them saved me more than money
