Always very easy to deal with, talking to real people who seem to really want to help. Pricing is competitive and they don't increase the premium massively every year and wait for you to negotiate downwards like so many insurers do. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

One year with Caravan Guard

I have only been with Caravan Guard for motorhome insurance for nearly one year, and fortunately not had to use it for any accident or emergency. From the start of my initial enquiry to any other communication the response and service has been very good. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

Helpful staff team

after searching the web for motorhome insurances and being quoted ridiculous prices I was so pleased to receive a call from yourselves with a very competative quotation which I readily accepted. Your agent who called me was very informative and polite and not at all pushy. I later had to contact your department to upgrade to european cover which again was very reasonably priced. A few days later I rang again for european recovery and again was very pleasantly surprised by the affordable price. On all my calls to yourselves I have been attended to by very courteous friendly staff and didn't have to wait long for a reply. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025
