First class service

We switched to Caravan Guard in 2024 because their premium was much more reasonable than our previous insurer, and customer service was excellent. We renewed in 2025 with a moderate premium increase and customer service remains excellent. In particular, Caravan Guard dealt recently with a query about our NCD and the issue was resolved speedily. Customer services are so friendly & knowledgeable..

Thier customer services are so friendly & knowledgeable, they also answer the telephone quickly (do not have to hang on the phone for ages, unlike some other providers. Also thier annual premiums do not significantly increase eah year, unlike may others. If we have had a problem or a claim it is laways sorted quickly & efficiently. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2025
