Dont make a mistake when making a claim

don’t make a mistake when claiming Everything was good until I tried to make a claim. Cedar was going to pay my claim and during the process of filling out bank details two of the numbers of the bank account transposed the wrong way around and the money due was paid into the wrong account. Despite telling them almost straight away they had a very poor attempt of claiming the money back so I never received my money and someone else took my money. What’s frustrating is there is no checks so if you make a mistake it’s your fault and nothing they can do as they won’t pay a claim twice. Not happy as it was a lot of money. A quick an efficient service at a commutative price

Cedar Tree provide quick an efficient quotation service taking into account pre existing conditions and provided a commutative price, We were surprised that the renewal was not significantly higher so we have continued to use their cover for a second year. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019

I searched on line for a 'value for money' provided and Cedar Tree seemed to provide everything I required for a reasonable fee. The on-line process was quick and easy and Insurance documents were forwarded to me without delay.
