Very helpful and lovely staff x

I needed money and I was on lockdown and I phoned up and explained to one of the staff and she said no problem we can transfer it to your bank for you and that was very helpful to me as I said the staff are so helpful which is what you need if you can’t get out and you know there is a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Excellent Customer Service

The online application form was easy to complete, the whole process was quick and stress free. I spoke on the phone with a lady called Karen and she was so helpful and polite, everything was explained to me in great detail, any questions I had were answered and I could not fault anything.
