Excellent - Credit union. Pleased & satisfied.

As a member of the credit union, I find all aspects really good & useful. Therefore, I am happy & satisfied. My financial budgeting skills, are greatly improved. This has had a positive impact, on my well - being, and my confidence, most definite. Credit union, is well - run, smoothly. I also now benefit, with the opportunity of low - interest, loans, each year. Whilst I am able to build up my savings, each year. I can definitely recommend to all, my family & friends. Amazing service

Having been accepted for a loan I was advised I would be waiting a couple of weeks for the process to begin, which meant I wouldn't receive the funds when I needed them. Central Credit Union called me back a few hours later to advise me they were able to get me seen quicker, the customer service was outstanding. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

Great service

I have been a member of the central credit union for well over 10 years and I have never had any issues or been disappointed I have always had positive encounters and today lyndsey from the breck road branch in Liverpool done everything she could to help me get my loan on time despite being so busy with it being bank holiday week I appreciate that so much Reviewed on: 29th May 2026
