Amazing how easy Credit Union is to apply.

I was so amazed at how easy it is to apply to join the credit union. Also the process of obtaining a loan.The person who I spoke to first Shelley was so easy to talk to and explained the process of how to go about everything that was needed to apply of which I followed through by email. The second person I spoke to Karen was so good in being on time with the telephone call 3 way and explained that this is how it happened and what to do and how it works about payments and shares also about the savings for Christmas. I felt really comfortable talking with these agents as they put you at ease and were so professional. The experience was good. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Best place to save and borrow in Liverpool

My experiences were always met with great consideration, fast and active communication via emails and telephone with a kind and supportive customer service. I never felt like a number always treated with respect and my loan request treated with care and understanding. I will never regret saving and borrowing from Liverpool central credit union they give the best loan rates and your savings secure at the end of repayments. I have always been told about CCU but never applied...

I have always been told about CCU but never applied to be part of it until now. I found the whole process to be easy to complete with great customer service from start to finish. The repayments to the loan I received are amazing to what I’ve paid in the past. CCU is a blessing to me right now as I’m finding it harder to manage with this current situation we are all in. The loan will help greatly towards essential items that I’ve been unable to replace until I joined.
