Five star service & benefits for normal people

When I first opened my account with Liverpool central credit union. I had a phone call & was given all the information I needed to open the account plus details on how to get my account online. Had further emails with all my information & details of all of the credit unions different accounts & funds. I’ve been a proud member of Park Road Credit Union since I was 18 years old, and 18 years later, I’m still here—and truly grateful. In a world where genuine support is rare, this credit union stands out as a pillar in the community, offering not just financial services, but real compassion and dedication. Throughout my financial journey, Park Road Credit Union has been crucial. I’ve been able to take out affordable loans while saving at the same time—something I didn’t think was possible. Thanks to their help, I was able to afford driving lessons and pass my driving test, which completely changed my life. When the COVID lockdown hit and I was made redundant, I was terrified. I didn’t know how I’d manage my loan repayments. But when I reached out to the credit union, the staff were incredible. They listened with kindness and understanding, and helped me work out a manageable repayment plan. Their encouragement and empathy gave me the strength I needed during a really dark time. Park Road Credit Union is so much more than just a financial institution. Their mission is to uplift, educate, and empower people to make better financial choices—and they do it with such heart. The passion and dedication of the staff go far beyond money. They’re committed to supporting the community in every way they can. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without them. I couldn’t afford a bank loan, but the credit union gave me hope and real, lasting support. Thank you, Park Road Credit Union—for everything.
