The only account where you can speak to an actual PERSON in customer service 24 hrs a day. The app is easy to set up and use plus the Current account has many features. With its associated saver that you can add up to TEN other savers enabling you to compartmentalise your money into different pots.As if that wasn't enough you can also add up to TEN Current accounts to separate spending , that's TWENTY accounts all in one easy to use place.And don't get me started on the cashback feature. , this Current account is truly amazing. Great bank, around he clock support and good customer services. Whenever I have had an issue, chase have always been on hand to support. There have been times however where they have generally gone the outcome that I have expected (especially with regards to an instance involving a scam), but talking with their team and going over due diligence more thoroughly has helped me prepare for future situations.
