Great Cashback, Poor Service

The cashback is great, so we use it as a spending card, but it's annoying that we (1) can't have a joint account and (2) can't see statements online etc. The main drawback is that when you have a problem (in our case payments we didn't make while abroad) they dealt with that very poorly and it was a lot of effort on our part to get them to take it seriously and deal with it. They would not deal with it for over a month in case it was a 'pending transaction' and put the onus on us to prove it, which of course was impossible when we were home from holiday to just address it directly with the merchant. Simple and rewarded current account

A good reward scheme on the use of current account, similar to the credit card. It is simple as it offer 1% of cashback for eligible transaction rather than specific promotion for a particular retailer over a period of time. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

Great no strings attached flexible account.

Great no strings attached flexible account. I was able t spend on items needed anyway and make some cash back. I’m a small earner and quite often these perks are not made available to us. Only dad now as the 1 year cash back has ended as I can’t afford to add £500 per month. Recommend to my partner and wor collegues. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
