I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I love Chase Bank. Signed up as I was going abroad and it worked brilliantly! Loved the 1% cash back and that I could access all info from an easy to use app. Have had to call to query something and got through straightaway to a friendly, helpful person without having to listen to annoying music. Easy to set up ( even for an old woman technophobe!), excellent communication and simple to use. It also helps me save for holidays and treats for my grandchildren.
