I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. The app is so easy to use - being contactless, it makes everyday spending effortless. It is very straightforward to check what I've spent, and the Top-up and interest amounts. I especially like the option to add Notes to a transaction, as it's not always obvious where the money was spent if the vendor name isn't familiar or meaningful. The Chat facility was really helpful when I had to report a purchase from a company that failed to send me the item ordered, and I got a refund from Chase. I would 100% recommend Chase to anyone.
