Great bank to use

I've used chase pretty much since before it was well known. I've never had any major issues and customer services are absolutely amazing! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Overseas

My main reason for opening was more to use it abroad, as it was suggested by Martin Lewis money saving market. I found whilst overseas it made everything so easy. I was able to see the conversion rates, the cards was accepted at a lot of places, and if I had to use the cash point, I knew exactly how much I was taken out in sterling. Since coming back, I'm still using the account, as it's easy to send money to other accounts if needed, plus I like some of the incentives on offer. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great Bank.

I have found the banking app. so easy to access & use. Cashback when I use my card is also a bonus. Some of the functions on the app. were not quite clear on first use but after a bit of trial & error I now find it easy, to deposit, save & move money, & also make payments Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
