I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Help chat answers very quickly

The app is super user-friendly, and I can contact help chat anytime and less than in a minute. They answer any question in a easy and kind way. I can also freeze the phsical card or online easily. I have earned awards as well! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

Reliable app and customer service

I have always found Chase's customer service team to be helpful, responsive and effective at resolving any queries I have, whenever I contact them. The app is easy to use, intuitive and reliable. It doesn't seem to suffer outages like some other banks' apps. I like the cashback available, even though this is no longer as generous as it once was. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026
