Favourite bank

I love Chase!

Pathetic Customer Service

Chase UK appears to have the worsh customer service when it comes to disputing transactions, no matter what issue you face in your purchase chase uk will make sure they dont have to raise a chargeback and will do their best to blame you for getting the wrong goods or service. Just pathetic! Dont bother using their account for any important purchase because if any issue does occour chase will do all they can to make sure tney dont have to raise a dispute or chargeback for it Reviewed on: 25th February 2024

Amazing Insights and Interest Rates

Compared to any other bank I've used Chase is ahead not only in the detail of insights available but in the way they visually display them. Being able to see insight into my spending habits allow me to easily see which areas I can cut my spending back & the insights available on both their current and saver accounts allows me to see just how much I am benefitting from their interest rates on each of these accounts.
