Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Great bank to bank with, always helpful and helpful whenever you have a query. Very intuitive app and great having the security of a large firm like JP Morgan behind it. Only criticism I’d say is that you can’t deposit cheques in the UK. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

I Heart Chase

UI? Brilliant. I haven't seen such a sleek ui since monzo, can't wait for their dark mode if any. Customer Support? Nearly instant. Never had any complaints, always ready to help. Direct Debits? Easy to set up from both current and savings. Credit Card? Hmm I feel this is a bit lacking, as the 1% cashback is only available on their debit, I do like the mastercard support. Waiting for more offers. Chase has made tremendous progress in the UK, and I can't wait to see what else they have in their arsenal. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
