Fantastic App and services

The Chase App is fantastic, so easy to use and navigate, including opening different savings accounts. The %age cash back scheme is really good, it accumulates in a separate account at a higher rate of interest as well, which can be paused at any time. There are lots of features that are easy to use, including categories of expenditure and reviews available. It is by far the best banking App and very rarely are there any issues. When I have had to call them they are always there and incredibly helpful, sorting out immediately any issues. I would very highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Simple to use, no fees to use in USA

Simple to setup, account live quickly and easy to manage with a clear to use app. Communications are very good and I use the debit card extensively in the USA without any problems and love that there are no transaction fees and no ATM withdrawal fees for Chase / JP Morgan ATMs. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Chase banking has now replaced my other banks - it is easy to use, great UI but the best benefit is the rewards aspect. The everyday cashback on spending has meant I now use Chase for all of my day to day spending and the interest on savings is great too. I have recommended to friends and family and they're converted too. The only other improvement would be to add a feature to automatically categorise spending e.g groceries, travel so that this can be displayed in the monthly summary. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
