User friendly and good rewards

The banking app is easy to use and user friendly, the cashback rewards and the round up account is a bonus and makes me want to stay with chase! When I lost my phone and my chase card it was tricky to access my account but the customer service team was helpful and I did speak to a real person. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Good app. Great rates. Amazingly easy.

Mobile only bank. Great rewards - 1% cashback. Good budgeting and tracking features. Easy to set up. Instant (usually) customer service online and over the phone. Interest on your current account balance on top of cash back on everyday spending. App is maybe not as good as monzo, but better than any other high street banks. And you can’t beat the rates. Great for travel and interest rates.

Great for overseas travel.

Like the fact that they due not charge commission for spending money in the Eurozone and give 1% cashback on purchases. App easy to use and send useful email information. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Best online bank!

Overall a great bank with an easy to use app and great features. Couldn’t be easier to set up payments and transfer money from rewards from the 1% cashback on every purchase made, plus the 1% cashback on the current account at the start of each month! Contacting about any queries or issues is easy and simple to do by just answering a few questions before instantaneously receiving a message from an advisor to help you with any issues. I have been using since August 2022 and couldn’t be more happy with them as my bank, would truly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bank or looking for better value from their bank.
