Straightforward banking with no gimmicks or hidden charges. Excellent app which never goes down, cashback, and good interest rate on linked savings account. Could be improved by introducing customisable text or email alerts for factors such as a low balance. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Best & easiest online banking ever.

Had a few niggley teething problems setting up, largely due to my own inability with apps over desktop. Phone number was easy to find, that's a novelty these days, and answered within seconds, almost unheard of. Operative was helpful, patient and didn't put the phone down until she was certain I had sorted the problem and understand everything. Haven't looked back since, the best and easiest online banking I've used in the past 10+ years, and I've used plenty. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
