Excellent Banking Experience

Amazing and awesome bank!

Where do I even start, chase is such an amazing bank it's super easy to use and is significantly better than most banks I have been with. By far one of the most reliable banks because there service hardly ever goes down unlike others, as well as that they actually tell you that they're going to have maintenance whereas other banks you don't hear a peep from. Chase like to keep their customers happy by giving their notifications with little emojis which is pretty cool. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

My recommended bank

Chase offers fantastic rewards, like the 1 percent cashback scheme and a very competitive interest rate. I also use the roundup option which is a great way to save money, little and often. I have never had any issues with the banks’ services as their app is spot on and easy to use. I have had to call over an external problem and the call handler was extremely friendly and helpful. I changed my bank because of other issues with my previous bank and after watching chase banks advertising campaign it was the best thing I have done financially I NEVER have had any issues and I find there performance is above and beyond what I expected from a bank It is a lot easier to use because everything is done on line and in this day age when there are lots of scams I find it puts my mind at rest with there security protocols Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
