Good but hope there are some additional improvements

Everything is done online, but there's no physical branch so it's not the most convenient as sometimes I need cash. I also wish there is the option of providing the services in other languages, so someone like me who have average english can understand all the more complicated offers from the bank. I have had a very good experien with Chase.

I have had a very good experience using Chase. My son introduced me to on line banking and as he was a customer of Chase he set it up and I was happy to fined that it was esay and if I needed help Chase had a helpline that is available 24 hours. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Dont worry, its simple and better.

Recommended by my daughter, been with previous bank 40+ years. Opened a Current Account, very easy app, opened savings account much better intrest rates. My "old banks loss not mine". Would recommend to anyone very happy with it all. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Excellent bank

Wonderful Bank Account - All you need in one app

Easy to use app. Great Introductory interest rates and 1% back on grocery and everyday travel expenses. Never had a problem with Chase customer service and I'm very happy with the service. The ability to use your Chase current account debit card abroad and pay in local currency at the local rate without having any extra charges is also a deal breaker as I travel to Europe and abroad and it's so easy to use !
