Happy Customer

I opened a chase account initally just to use whilst travelling as I was able to use my debit card in Europe/Australia without exchange fees & also received better conversion rates. I now use it as my main bank & opened a savings account. Interest rate was boosted (for a period of time) which was well above all other providers. I had to contact customer service (via my App) when setting up the account & was very happy with their service. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
