Simple but secure

App so easy to use but feels very secure. Great ways of saving small amounts such as round up which also earns interest. The customer service is exceptional...

The customer service is exceptional. The chat response is prompt, articulate, compassionate and respectful. The ability to create separate current account to track spending is crucial in today's economy and the round up facility is brilliant saving pot in itself. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Best value for money

Started with the account to get the 1% cash back for a year and was thrilled when they announced they were continuing and that paired with the 5% on round ups has just made it my favourite bank, which I cannot recommend enough to all my family and friends. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Everything I want from my current account and more!

This current account gives me everything I want from a bank account. The interest earned, the cash back paid and the round-ups are all easily seen and managed. When I have needed to call the bank the person on the other end has been well informed and very helpful. I have actively encouraged friends and family to move their banking to Chase and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
